(6:37) Decide why you’re waking up early. What does it mean to you? Why are you holding yourself accountable for this?
(8:26) How are you driven to take action? When you start to connect the dots, you can be honest with yourself about what moves you.
(10:46) Reverse-engineer your bedtime. You can’t maximize your time in the day if you don’t get the sleep you need.
(11:34) Your sleep buffer period. Give yourself time to fall asleep and wake up.
(13:14) Say goodnight to your devices! Keep your phone in another room, keep your TV in another room, keep every distraction somewhere else so you can get the sleep you need.

(19:57) Find your perfect morning beverage! Give yourself something to anchor yourself to in the morning.
