Boost Your Career–No Matter Where You Are Right Now.

Hey, you! I’m so glad you’re here.

Seriously, I mean that. I’m glad that you’re here, right now, in whatever stage you’re at in your career. Wherever you’ve arrived at–you’re here. And I’m proud of you.

Why?

Because I’ve been there. I’ve been at my LOW [GATLUW Vocab #1: a time where you feel stuck, uninspired, like you’re backed into a corner]. And, I’ve been at my LUW [GATLUW Vocab #2: the Life U Want].

Guess what I found out? Both matter. Both are valuable.

I’m not going to sugarcoat it, one is admittedly preferable to the other. You probably suspected that. But in order to get where you want to go, you need to take stock of where you are NOW. Appreciating the LOW you might be in now will only make your LUW that much sweeter of a victory, trust me.

If you’re at your LOW right now, hear me out.

Let’s say you feel stuck in a dead-end job that doesn’t leave you the slightest bit fulfilled. Have you heard the saying, “Dress for the job you want, not the job you have.”? Let’s put a little spin on that and start acting like we would for the job we want WHILE we’re in the job we have.

You’re never stuck. You might be in a career plateau due to any number of circumstances, but there are always ways for you to progress in the job you have currently. Seek out little opportunities for success in your day. You never know when a boss, client, or coworker from your current “meh” job might just have an opportunity for you down the road. Show them who you are, right now.

If you’re at your LUW–congrats!

You DID the thing, and I knew you had it in you all along. Take a moment to soak in the reality you’ve created for yourself. All the work you did on your mindset, with your relationships, in your habits (and more!) to get here.

Now, here’s the follow-up: What will you do to stay there? What’s next?

Level up with where you are RIGHT NOW in your career. The good news is there is abundant possibility ahead of you if you keep on keepin’ on. I don’t know about you, but that’s pretty exciting to me.
